Maintenance and Replacement
The good or bad screw machine oil has a decisive impact on the performance of the oil-injected screw machine. Good oil has good oxidation stability, rapid separation, good foam clearing, high viscosity and good corrosion resistance, so users must use special screw machine oil. New machine break-in period after 500 hours for the first oil change, after every 2000 hours of operation to replace the new oil. It is best to replace the oil filter at the same time when changing the oil. Shorten the replacement cycle when using in harsh environment. Replacement method: Start the compressor and run it for 5 minutes, so that the oil temperature rises above 50℃ and the oil viscosity decreases. Stop running, and when there is 0.1Mpa pressure in the oil and gas drum, open the oil drain valve at the bottom of the drum and connect it to the oil storage tank. The oil release valve should be opened slowly so as not to hurt the dirt with pressure and temperature lubricant splashing around. Close the oil release valve after the lubricant becomes dripping. Unscrew the oil cartridge, put out the lubricating oil in each pipeline at the same time, and replace the new oil cartridge. Open the oiling port screw plug, inject new oil, make the oil level in the range of oil scale line, tighten the oiling port screw plug, check whether there is leakage phenomenon. Lubricating oil in the process of use must often check, found that the oil level line is too low should be timely replenishment of new oil, lubricating oil use must also often discharge condensate, general conditions once a week discharge, in high temperature climate should be 2-3 days discharge once. Stop the machine more than 4 hours, in the oil and gas barrel no pressure in the case of open oil valve, discharge condensate, see the oil outflow when quickly close the valve. Lubricating oil is strictly forbidden to be mixed with different brands, do not use lubricant overtime, otherwise the quality of lubricant drops, lubricity is bad, flash point is reduced, and it is very easy to cause high temperature shutdown and cause oil spontaneous combustion.
Scheduled Protection and Maintenance
In order to make the air compressor operate normally and reliably and to guarantee the service life of the unit, specific maintenance programs should be formulated, and the operation should be fixed, maintenance should be performed on a regular basis, and protection should be reflected on a regular basis, so that the air compressor set should be clean, oil-free and dirt-free.
- When repairing and replacing the parts according to the above table, it is necessary to make sure that the pressure in the air compressor system has been released and separated from other pressure sources, and the switch on the main circuit has been disconnected and the safety mark of no closing has been made.
- The newly purchased air compressor should be changed to new oil for the first 500 hours of operation, and then every 2000 hours according to the normal oil change cycle, and once a year for machinery lacking 4000 hours of annual operation.
- Oil filter must be changed in 300-500 hours of operation for the first time, and changed in 2000 hours of operation for the second time, and changed every 2000 hours according to the normal work in the future.
- Repair and change the air filter or air inlet valve, remember to avoid any debris falling into the cavity of the compressor mainframe. Operation of the mainframe import blocked, after the end of the operation, to hand-twist the host shift bias for several turns, to determine the absence of any obstacles, before you turn on the machine.
- In the machinery every 2000 hours of operation shall reflect on the belt tightness, if the belt is loose, must be adjusted, until the belt is tight; in order to maintain the belt, in the whole process need to avoid the belt due to oil pollution and scrap.

Clean Cooler
Every 2000h of operation of the air compressor, in order to purge the dust on the cooling surface, the cooler blowing hole cover on the electric fan bracket should be opened, and the cooler should be cleaned with the dust blower until the dust on the cooling surface is clean. Still if the cooling surface dirt is serious, it is difficult to blow clean, you can remove the cooler, pour out the oil in the cooler and block the four imports and exports to avoid dirt entry, and then use compressed air to blow out the dust on both sides or flush with water, and finally blow dry the water stains on the surface. Put it back in place. Remember! Do not scrape the dirt with hard objects such as iron brushes to avoid damaging the radiator exterior.
