Analysis of the Main Points of Maintenance of Hydraulic Components

Hydraulic Pump Maintenance Points

1. After the hydraulic pump is disassembled, check the wear of the friction pair in the pump.
2. Remove rust and burrs, and train the damaged parts to make the fit clearance meet the requirements. Clean all parts, then apply oil and wait for assembly.
3. Replace the seals and other parts that cannot be repaired.

Performance Experimental Test Items

1. Gas tightness test: Fill the test pump with clean gas at a pressure of 0.16Mpa, then submerge the pump in rustproof liquid for 3 minutes and shake it slightly, there shall be no air leakage during the test.
2. Displacement check test: Measure the displacement at rated speed and no-load pressure, and the value should be within 95%~110% of the nominal displacement.
3. Volume efficiency test: measure the volume efficiency at rated working conditions, and the value conforms to the quality and other regulations.
4. Overload test: operate at rated speed, 125% of rated pressure or the highest pressure for more than 1 minute without abnormalities.

Oil Filter Maintenance Points

1. Disassemble the oil filter, clean the shell, cover and other parts with gasoline or kerosene, and clean the metal filter element in the following order. Clean with gasoline or kerosene Blow with compressed air Clean with gasoline or detergent Fine wash with gasoline or detergent Leave it to stand.
2. Check the rust and injury situation carefully and deal with it. Replace the metal core if it is damaged.
3. If the paper cartridge to be replaced.
4. Seal replacement.
5. Check the operation of the product with indicator needle and bypass valve.
6. Take care not to rub the cartridge when assembling, and the seal should be coated with oil or grease.

Pressure Control Valve Maintenance Points

1. Check the rust, scars, wear, single-sided contact, surface roughness, burrs, small hole dirt condition of the spool, pilot valve, etc. after disassembling the pressure control valve.
2. Check the internal valve body, valve seat surface condition.
3. Remove rust spots, burrs and scars of each part and train the fit part to make the fit clearance meet the requirements, then clean all parts carefully and apply oil for assembly.
4. Replace the seals, spring machine damaged parts.

Performance Experimental Test Items

1. Adjustment pressure characteristics: from the lowest pressure to the rated pressure can be adjusted, and the pressure value is stable, and the adjustment screw is sensitive and reliable.
2. Pressure loss: pressure loss at rated flow shall not exceed the specified value or meet the requirements of use.
3. Pressure oscillation: the internal leakage under rated pressure shall not exceed the standard value, while the valve cover and other places are not allowed to have external leakage.
4. Leakage: The internal leakage shall not exceed the standard value under the rated pressure, and the external leakage shall not be allowed at the valve cover and other places.

Steering Control Valve Maintenance Points

1. Disassemble the directional control valve to check the wear, scars and one-sided contact of the spool.
2. Check the valve body, valve hole sliding part of the wear, scars and skewed situation.
3. Check the solenoid valve solenoid parts of the loosening, deformation and wear.
4. Replace the seals, springs and other damaged parts.

5. Go out each part burr, rust marks, training with the parts of the scar, so that the clearance meets the requirements. Carefully clean each part, then oil the assembly, and confirm normal operation after assembly.
