Through roll forming, a cold work-hardened layer is formed on the rolled surface, which reduces the elastic and plastic deformation of the contact surface of the grinding sub, thus improving the wear resistance of the cylinder barrel inner wall and avoiding the burn caused by grinding at the same time. After rolling, the reduction of surface roughness value can improve the nature of the fit.

How to Remove the Forklift Tilt Cylinder
Disassembly method:
1.Remove the oil pipe connector of the internal combustion forklift, unscrew the pin screw of the tilt hydraulic cylinder, pull out the pin, and take down the forklift hydraulic cylinder from the forklift.
2.Fix the tilting hydraulic cylinder of the internal combustion forklift on the bench vice, unscrew the screws, remove the gland and remove the circlip.
3.Pull the piston rod and accessories out of the cylinder block through the earrings.
4.Pull out the cotter pin, screw on the nut, and remove the washer, Yx seal ring, backup ring, piston, guide sleeve, O-ring, etc.
5.Remove the thrust washer, loosen the nut and unscrew the ear ring.
Inspection and repair of main spare parts of internal combustion forklift

2.Check the coaxiality between the forklift piston and the forklift piston rod. Put the forklift piston rod on the V-shaped frame and check it with a dial indicator. If the accuracy of the forklift piston does not meet the accuracy requirements and is out of tolerance, it should be replaced.
