Regularly checking the quantity and quality of the oil

If the engine oil deteriorates due to mixing with water or diesel oil, it will cause early wear of the plunger and the oil outlet valve assembly, resulting in insufficient power of the diesel engine and difficulty in starting. Internal leakage of the oil pump, poor operation of the oil outlet valve, wear of the lifter and casing of the oil delivery pump, and damage to the sealing ring will cause diesel oil to leak into the oil pool and dilute the engine oil. Therefore, it should be replaced in time according to the quality of the oil. Carry out thorough cleaning to remove impurities such as oil sludge at the bottom of the oil pool, otherwise the oil will deteriorate again soon.

The amount of engine oil should be just fine. Too much oil in the governor will easily cause the diesel engine to "speed". Regularly checking and adjusting the fuel supply of each cylinder

Due to the wear of the plunger coupling and the oil outlet valve coupling, the internal leakage of diesel oil will reduce or uneven the fuel supply of each cylinder, resulting in difficulty in starting the diesel engine, insufficient power, increased fuel consumption, and unstable operation.
