If the shaft wear is serious, it should be 45 steel or 40cr steel remanufacturing, shaft rough, fine turning, bearing parts to heat treatment, hardness is hrc60-65, and then grinding, so that the surface roughness of the bearing match parts ra is not more than 0.32μm; The tolerance of roundness and cylindricity of shaft is 0.005mm; According to h7/h6, surface roughness ra should not be greater than 0.63μm.
