1. The function of the valve train

The function of the valve train is to open and close the intake and exhaust valve of each cylinder in a timely manner, so that the combustible mixture or fresh air can enter the combustion chamber in time, and the combusted gas is discharged from the cylinder in time.

There are many factors that affect the charging efficiency of the engine. For example, the resistance of the intake system to the airflow causes the pressure in the cylinder to drop at the end of the intake. The fresh air of the human cylinder is heated, so that the gas temperature rises at the end of the intake, so that the combustible mixture that actually fills the cylinder is always less than the quality of the fresh gas that fills the working volume of the cylinder in the atmospheric state, that is, the charging efficiency is always less than 1. For the air distribution mechanism, to improve the inflation efficiency, the resistance of the intake and exhaust should be reduced, and the air distribution timing should be set reasonably to make the intake and exhaust as full as possible.

2. The composition of the valve train

The four-stroke engine adopts a valve-type valve mechanism. There are many valve-type valve mechanisms, which can be classified according to the following different arrangements. The valve arrangement of the loader engine is an overhead valve type.
