1）Clean the dust on the outer surface of the entire hydraulic system components, and pay attention to whether there is leakage at the joints, etc. Loose fittings should be retightened, but not over-tightened. Instead, it increases leakage.

2）Always check the oil level in the oil tank, and the liquid level is between the upper and lower limit positions of the oil dipstick. God should say in time that there are generally two choices of hydraulic oil: one is hydraulic oil, which cannot be replaced by electric machinery; the other is to use high-temperature hydraulic oil when the working environment Avoid avoiding pressure against antifreeze hydraulic oil. Hydraulic oils can be mixed.

3）Check the bottom for oil contamination. You can insert the oil pipe into the temporary storage tank for sampling. If a yellow pattern appears on the filter, drop the hydraulic oil immediately to change the oil pollution, which can be ignored. If the dark black dot pattern means the hydraulic oil is heavily polluted, you should consider replacing it with a new one immediately. Hydraulic oil or filter old hydraulic oil.

4）Clean the fuel tank when changing the oil. The purpose of cleaning is to remove products, rust, and foreign matter deposited on the oil tank when the working oil is degraded. When changing the oil, open the screw plug at the bottom of the oil tank and drain the oil. Remove the cleaning cover of the fuel tank, and wipe the bottom of the fuel tank clean. Be careful to use a sponge instead of a cotton cloth. Remove the oil filter from the tank and soak it in kerosene, preferably overnight if possible.

5）The residual oil in the hydraulic system contains a lot of dirt, if necessary, it can be cleaned by oil injection and flushing. When flushing, fill the tank with enough cleaning fluid and slightly above the minimum oil level for the system to operate safely. Then, the cleaning oil is circulated in the whole system for 15-20min, so that the residual oil in the internal organs of the system is flushed back to the oil tank, and then the cleaning oil is completely discharged from the oil tank.

In order to ensure the cleanliness of the oil, the oil filter should be cleaned when the oil is changed, and it must also be filtered when refueling. After refueling to the highest oil level line of the fuel tank, start the hydraulic pump, feed the oil into the system, and then add oil to the fuel tank, and repeat this process until the oil in the fuel tank remains within the oil level line.
