The main reason for the failure is the tipper cylinder. The setting pressure of the two overload valves of the rodless cavity and the rod cavity of the tipper cylinder should meet the regulations. The pressure detection process is as follows: connect the pressure gauge at the pressure measuring place and place the dumper control valve in the neutral position, so that the boom is lifted or lowered. The pressure shown on the pressure gauge is the set pressure of the overload valve when the tipper cylinder piston rod moves. If the pressure is lower than the factory set pressure, the reasons may be:

(1) There is an internal leakage fault in the tipper hydraulic cylinder, and the troubleshooting method is the same as the internal leakage of the boom cylinder.

(2) There are impurity particles in the main spool of the dumping cylinder overload valve, which will jam the main spool and cause the main spool to be in a normally open state, forming a fault point.

At this time, impurities should be removed, and at the same time, check the status of each component in the valve, and adjust the fitting clearance between the valve stem and the valve body. The normal fitting clearance should be 0.06-0.012mm.

(3) Vibration phenomenon when lifting and tipping the bucket

The specific fault reasons and troubleshooting methods are as follows:

(1) The amount of oil is insufficient, so that the working pressure sensor is unstable, and sufficient hydraulic oil should be added.

(2) The sealing of the oil circuit interface is not good, so that the air enters the system, resulting in unstable working pressure, and the sealing of each interface of the oil circuit should be checked.

(3) A large number of air bubbles are mixed into the oil, so that the oil mixed with air becomes a compressible object. The loose seal in the low-pressure oil circuit should be eliminated, and then the oil mixed with air should be drained.

(4) The locking nut of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder is loose, causing the piston rod to move in the hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic cylinder should be removed and the lock nut should be tightened.

(5) The opening pressure of the total safety relief valve is unstable, which changes the high pressure oil pressure and causes jitter. The pressure regulating spring of the valve should be checked to adjust the opening pressure.

(6) The leakage of the two dump cylinders and the two boom cylinders is not equal, causing flow fluctuations and shaking. The internal leakage fault of the dump cylinder and boom cylinder should be eliminated. If there is no problem in the inspection, but the piston rod has a large area of ​​bruising, it should be removed for grinding, and then plated with 0.05mm hard chrome. If the rod diameter is too small, the thickness of the guide sleeve can be appropriately increased.
