Installation Tips
- The performance level of the coupling screw for the valve must meet the manufacturer's requirements, and shall not be replaced at will. Coupling screws should be evenly tightened (do not use a hammer to knock or forcibly wrench), do not screw deviation, and finally make the installation plane of the valve and the bottom plate or oil block installation plane all contact.
- Attention should be paid to the orientation of the oil inlet and return port, some valves such as the oil inlet and return port installed backwards, will cause accidents. Some valve parts for the convenience of installation, often open the same role of the two holes, after the installation of the unused one to be blocked.
- Hydraulic valves should be installed in accordance with the provisions of the manufacturer and the system design drawings.
- Plate valves or cartridge valves must have the correct orientation measures.
- In order to ensure safety, the installation of the valve must consider the impact of gravity, shock, vibration on the main parts of the valve.

Hydraulic Piping
- According to the pressure and the use of the occasion to choose the oil pipe, oil pipe shall have sufficient strength, the inner wall should be smooth, clean, no sand, no rust, no oxide skin, for long-term storage of the pipe, processing should be acid washing, thorough cleaning, flushing, and inspection.
- When cutting the pipe with a saw, the section and the axis direction of the non-vertical degree should be ± 0.5 °, sharp edges shall be inverted blunt and remove iron filings, the processing of bending tube allows the ellipticity of its section for 10%. When its outer diameter <14mm available by hand and general tools bending, thicker steel pipe should be manually or motorized bender bending, bending radius should generally be 3 times larger than the outer diameter of the pipe.

- The oil suction pipe should not leak, nor should the resistance be too large, in order to prevent cavitation from air intake or oil suction difficulties.
- The oil return pipe must be extended to the oil tank below the oil level to prevent splashing bubbles. The oil return pipe of the relief valve cannot be directly connected with the entrance of the pump, but must pass through the oil tank, otherwise the oil temperature will be too high.
- All the pipeline installation procedures are divided into two, the first test assembly, pipe joints and flanges spot welded in the appropriate location, when all the pipeline test installation qualified, dismantled for acid cleaning and then formally installed.
Other Hydraulic Components
- All hydraulic components should be tested for pressure and sealing, and should be installed only after passing. A variety of automatic control instruments should be calibrated before installation to avoid errors.
- When installing various control valves, attention should be paid to the orientation of the oil inlet and return ports. When using flange installation of valve parts screw can not be tightened too much, too tight sometimes will cause poor sealing.
- Installation of hydraulic cylinders should be solid and reliable, in order to prevent the impact of thermal expansion, when the stroke is large and high temperature, one end of the cylinder must be kept floating. The seal of the hydraulic cylinder should not be too tight, especially the U-shaped ring, so as to avoid excessive resistance.
