1) Maintenance of flywheel ring gear
If the teeth of the ring gear are worn on one side, the ring gear can be turned over for use; if some teeth are damaged, they can continue to be used; the wear on both sides of the ring gear exceeds 25% of the tooth length, and when more than four teeth are continuously damaged, the new gear ring should be replaced . When replacing the ring gear, when the ring gear is heated to 350~400°C, the ring gear will fall off by itself, and it is only necessary to heat the ring gear to reassemble. 2) Inspection of the working face of the flywheel
The working face of the flywheel in contact with the clutch, if there is serious ablation, cracking or wear, and the groove depth exceeds 0.50mm, it should be polished, otherwise, it will cause the clutch to shake, slip and accelerate the wear of the friction plate . The total thickness of the working surface of the flywheel after polishing shall not be less than the standard thickness of 1.20mm. The working face allows one or two annular grooves to exist.
2. Overhaul of flywheel housing
There should be no cracks in the flywheel housing: the screw holes for installing the transmission and the starter should not be damaged more than 2; the positioning pins that match the flywheel housing and the cylinder block should be replaced if they are loose or deformed.
After the flywheel housing is combined with the cylinder block, the plane on which the flywheel housing is installed with the transmission should be perpendicular to the crankshaft axis. The circular runout of the end face should not exceed 0.20mm; when it exceeds, it can be adjusted by adding pads at the joint surface of the flywheel housing and the cylinder block.
