1) Disassembly, inspection and reassembly of the oil pump
①Clamp the oil pump on a vice padded with copper skin; remove the oil pump, the oil inlet and outlet pipe joints, and take out the oil inlet and outlet valve and spring; unscrew the screw plug, take out the spring, piston and push rod.
②The pump body should be free of cracks; there should be no corrosion and scratches on the mating surfaces such as pistons and push rods; the valve and the seat should be well sealed, otherwise they should be ground; the spring should have good elasticity and no rust.
③In the diaphragm type oil pump; if the rocker arm or cam is damaged or worn, and the diaphragm is damaged, it should be replaced.
④ When reassembling; all parts should be cleaned, the sealing ring should be replaced, and reassembled in the reverse order of disassembly.
2) Oil transfer pump test
The repaired oil transfer pump must be tested to check and judge its working performance and repair quality. The inspection can be carried out on the fuel injection pump test bench or directly on the diesel engine. The test steps are as follows.
①Running run-in test
The repaired oil transfer pump should be run-in test for about 10 minutes to check the oil dripping phenomenon of its oil spill hole, and it should not exceed 3 drops per minute. During the running-in process, the oil transfer pump should be free from overheating.
②Sealing performance test
Tighten the handle of the oil pump, block the oil outlet of the oil transfer pump, then immerse the oil transfer pump in kerosene, and input 0.2MPa compressed air from the oil inlet, as shown in Figure 2-89. There should be no bubbles coming out of the oil pump inlet and outlet pipe joints, the junction between the oil pump and the pump body, and the piston chamber screw plug. Collect and measure the amount of air leaking from between the roller frame and the pump body: it should not be greater than 30mL/min. Otherwise, the cause should be identified and repaired. News sucks! J
③ Manual pump oil absorption performance test
Use a hose with an inner diameter of 8mm to connect the oil transfer pump and the oil, and the diesel tank 1m lower than the oil transfer pump to absorb oil, as shown in Figure 2-90. Push and pull the handle of the oil pump at a speed of 60~80 times/min. If the diesel oil is pumped out from the oil outlet within 30 times, and there is no air suction, it indicates that the oil pump has a good oil absorption performance. Drive the oil transfer pump at a speed of 60r/min, and the oil will be discharged from the oil outlet within 1 minute, indicating that the oil transfer pump has a strong oil delivery capacity; if no oil is produced within 2 minutes, the cause should be identified and repaired and eliminated.
④Inspection of oil delivery volume
Install the oil delivery pump on the test bench, install a regulating valve at the oil outlet of the oil pump, adjust the pressure to 156kPa, then adjust the speed of the test bench to 1000r/min, and pour it into the measuring cup within 15s The amount of oil is not less than 300mL, which is normal. If it is less than 200mL, the cause should be found out and repaired.
⑤ Oil pressure performance test.
The connection of the pipeline is the same as Figure 2-90, the only difference is that a pressure gauge is installed at the oil outlet end, and then when the oil pump speed is n=700r/min and n=1200r/min, the output oil circuit of the oil transfer pump is completely closed, and the maximum The oil pressure should not be lower than 0.35MPa. When the oil pump speed n=600r/min, the output oil circuit of the oil delivery pump is not closed, and the maximum oil delivery pressure should be 0.25MPa. If it is lower than 0.15MPa, the reason should be found.
