Hydraulic Pump Precautions

The oil pump and jack should use the working oil of the specified oil number, generally No. 10 or No. 20 mechanical oil, and other hydraulic oil with similar properties, such as transformer oil, etc. The oil poured into the tank must be filtered. Filter once a month during regular use, and the fuel tank should be cleaned regularly. Generally, the oil level in the oil tank should be maintained at about 85%. If it is insufficient, it should be replenished in time. The replenished oil should be the same as the oil number in the original pump. The oil temperature in the fuel tank should generally be 10~40℃, and it should not be used at negative temperature.

Avoid bending the tubing under working pressure. The oil tank connecting the oil pump and the jack should be kept clean and sealed with screws when not in use to prevent sediment from entering. After daily use, the oil pump should be wiped clean to remove the grease on the copper wire cloth.

The oil pump should not work under overload. The pressure sensor of the safety valve must be adjusted according to the rated oil pressure of the equipment, and arbitrary adjustment is strictly prohibited.

Fourth, the grounding power supply, the chassis must be grounded, and the test run can only be done after checking the insulation of the line.

Before the operation of the high-pressure oil pump, loosen the regulating valve of each oil circuit, then start the oil pump. After the no-load operation is normal, then close the oil return valve tightly, gradually screw the oil inlet valve stem, increase the load, and pay attention to the pressure. Whether the table pointer is normal.

When the oil pump stops working, the oil return valve should be slowly loosened first, and the oil pipe joint nut of the jack can be removed only after the pressure gauge slowly returns to zero. It is strictly forbidden to dismantle and replace oil filter pipes or pressure gauges when under load.

Seven, with the oil pump of the double-acting jack, it is advisable to use a double-connected oil pump with two channels of oil delivery at the same time.

The oil-resistant rubber tube must withstand high pressure, and the working pressure shall not be higher than the rated oil pressure of the oil pump or the maximum oil pressure of the actual work. The length of the tubing should not be less than 2.5m. When one oil pump drives two jacks, the specifications of the oil pipes should be the same.
