1) Decomposition of the oil filter
①Unscrew the cap nut and remove the fuel filter cover, compression spring, and thrust washer.

③ Remove the fastening nut on the rotor cover, take off the rotor cover, and pour out the oil.
④Remove the rotor shaft and bearing, and disassemble the base.
⑤Clean the rotor cover, scrape off the oil stains on the inner wall of the rotor cover with bamboo chips or wooden boards and then dry it after cleaning.
⑥Blow through the nozzle and oil passage with compressed air, do not use metal wire to pass through, so as not to scratch the nozzle hole
2) Maintenance of oil fine filter parts
①The diameter of the nozzle hole is worn more than 2.2mm, and the nozzle should be replaced.
② Check the matching clearance between the rotor shaft and the rotor body with a dial indicator. If it exceeds 0.15mm, it can be repaired or replaced with a new one by the plating method.
③ Check the wear of the oil inlet valve of the fine filter. If the wear is not serious, the valve seat can be ground with fine grinding sand, and then replaced with a new steel ball; when the wear is serious, the seat mouth can be milled on the milling machine first, then the valve seat can be ground, and then replaced. 3) Assembly of oil filter
After overhauling and cleaning all oil filter parts of the fine filter, assemble it. Pay attention to the following when assembling
①When installing the rotor assembly, pay attention to align the assembly marks between the rotor cover and the rotor seat to avoid damaging the rotor assembly.
②Be careful to install the gasket, if there is oil leakage, the rotor will not be able to rotate.
③The lock nut on the upper part of the rotor should not be tightened too much. If it exceeds 29-49N m, it will destroy the normal operation of the rotor. ④There is a thrust plate between the upper part of the rotor assembly and the compression spring. Do not install it in reverse, otherwise, the rotor will not be able to rotate.
4) Test of oil fine filter
In order to check the performance index of the fuel filter, after repair and assembly, it should be tested on a special test bench. When the oil and diesel oil with a kinematic viscosity of 17~24cSt are heated to (75±5)°C, and the oil inlet pressure is 294kPa, the rotational speed of the rotor should be above 5000r/min. In the test on the engine, when the rotor is working normally, within 2~3 minutes after the engine is turned off, the rotor can continue to rotate due to inertia, and a slight "humming" sound can be heard next to the engine hood. If you can't hear it, you can use a long handle screwdriver to touch the fine filter housing for further inspection. If there is a rotating sound, it is normal, otherwise it should be disassembled for inspection.
