Air Filter

The function of the air filter is mainly to remove dust in the air. Air filter accuracy: 98 % for 1 meter, 99.5 % for 2 meters, and 99.9 % for 3 meters. Blowback or replace the air filter when the pressure difference reaches -50 mbar or 4000 hours. Please avoid inhalation of acid mist, oil mist, and oil mist. The life of an air filter varies depending on the working environment.

Unloading Solenoid

The role of the unloading valve is to adjust the amount of air intake according to the need to open and close the amount of air intake. The unloading valve opens the state air compressor for load, the unloading valve closed the state air compressor for unloading, and unloading is controlled by a solenoid valve. The unloading valve needs to be maintained every 8000H of operation.

Screws

The screw is the heart of the compressor. The screw compressor is a volumetric compressor, the amount of gas produced by the screw compressor is related to the speed. Oil-injected screw head outlet temperature needs to be <120°C. The life of the oil-injected screw is related to the quality of the lubricant, and the correct use and maintenance.

Fuel Shut Off Solenoid

The fuel shut-off valve works to cut off the lubrication system's oil supply to the screw when it stops, preventing oil from being ejected from the air filter after stopping. The fuel shut-off valve opens fully when unloading and closes when stopping. The fuel shut-off solenoid affects the oil supply to the rotor and causes tripping at high temperatures, so it needs to be fully open when unloading. The fuel shut-off valve is serviced once at 8000H.

Oil Temperature Solenoid

The role of the oil temperature bypass valve is to regulate the oil temperature, ensure the oil viscosity, to ensure the lubrication effect. The oil injection nozzle temperature valve is generally 40-60, with oil temperature below 40 oil supply system for the small cycle, and oil temperature above 60 oil supply system for the large cycle, in order to prevent the lubricating oil contains water, more choose high-temperature type temperature valve. The maintenance time of the oil temperature valve is 8000H.

Oil & Gas Separator

The function of an oil and gas separator is to separate oil and gas. The normal working differential pressure of the oil and gas separator will be dangerous if it is used continuously for 1.0 bar or if the working time exceeds 8000H. The life of the oil and gas separator is disposable and cannot be cleaned.

Oil Cooler

The oil cooler is used to cool the lubricating oil and the aftercooler is used to cool the compressed air. The poor cooling effect will affect the normal use of the air compressors. Please keep the surface of the cooler clean and clean it regularly. Please do not use acid cleaning when cleaning the cooler. For the water-cooling method machine, please pay attention to the requirements of water quality, water pressure, water temperature, and flow rate, and install a pre-filter in the water supply port.

Electronic trap (EWD )

The principle of the electronic trap is to use electrostatic capacitive sensors in the collector to change the electrical capacity in response to changes in the liquid level. After the liquid level in the collector reaches a certain height, the electronic processor sends a signal to activate the solenoid valve. The solenoid valve is energized, the valve body is displaced, and the condensate inside the collector discharges condensate from the discharge outlet. The solenoid valve is closed after the liquid level in the return elbow drops. The electronic trap fails and the failure signal sends an alarm through the computer.

Screw Air Compressor Routine Maintenance

1、Daily work: Check the level of compressor oil; Check the readings of the display and instrument panel. Check whether condensate is discharged when loading. After stopping, please drain the condensate from the air and after-cooler.

2、Weekly work content: Check the setting value in the program; If the air tank is installed, please drain the condensate; Investigate the possibility of leakage.

3、Six-monthly work content: remove the air filter, jet high-pressure air for cleaning and check for damage: clean the compressor.

4、Annual work content: replace the ventilation filter of the gearbox; replace the oil filter for conducting the indicator/display test; replace the oil when using mineral oil; replace the air filter; test the safety valve.
