Return & Exchange Policy

We promise to try our best to provide satisfying service and shopping experience to our customers. If you have any problems with the products, please feel free to contact us via email, phone or online chat. We offer a 60-day warranty of return or exchange on our products for the following situations (Replacement Parts only. No return or exchange for original parts).

 1. The products you received are not what exactly you want

 2. You are not satisfied with the order

 3. Incorrect products

 4. Damaged products

 5. Not received

 

So if you meet any above situations, please contact us within 60 days for return or exchange, and we will respond you within 12 hours normally.

For order received situations: when the products are returned back, we will check them to ensure they are unused and undamaged. Generally, it takes up to 5 business days after we receive the product to complete processing and move to the next stage.

For order not received situation, there are two situations should be noticed:

1. If we have already ship the order within 72 hours of placing the order as promised, and send the logistics voucher (tracking number) to the customer via email. When you apply refund in this situation, you will have to bear shipping costs including delivery to you and return to us (twice the shipping cost of the order), and we will make a partial refund after deducting the shipping cost from the total amount of the order.

2. If we do not ship the goods within 72 hours of placing the order as promised, whether the goods are already in transit or not, we will make a full refund to you.

 

Return or Exchange Process
 1. Contact us via email and describe your problem of the order. You’d better directly send us the information including your order number, your name, invoice number and your request for a quick confirmation.

 2. We will send you the return address after confirmation and wait for the returned products.

 3. After we receive the products and make sure there is no problem of them, we will resend the order or make a refund.

 4. If a refund is required, it will be issued within 5 business days of our approval, and you will usually receive your refund within 5 to10 business days.

Notes:
 1. No return or exchange will be accepted without our prior written consent.

 2. Any refund will be paid as the same payment terms with the original order within 5 business days after the refund is agreed. Normally, you will receive your refund within 5 to 10 business days.

 3. Products must be shipped back in unused, undamaged condition and in their original packaging, and the returning items shall be prepaid by you.

 4. If returns or exchanges are caused by our faults, we are happy to bear the returning shipping cost. But if due to your personal reasons, such as you bought wrong the parts or you do not need the parts any more, you will be responsible for shipping costs including delivery to you and return to us (twice the shipping cost of the order), and it will be deducted from the order payment.
(Part should be ordered by its specific and unique part number, DO NOT buy a part by the equipment model or engine model, otherwise you may buy a wrong part. )
